Why did you join Star Pharmacy Group?
It was serendipity. I joined SPG when it first started, so was fortunate to be part of the organisation right from the beginning. Over the years, the relationship has been fruitful – I couldn’t ask for a better outcome in terms of the friendships made, personal and professional growth achieved and being able to make a difference to our community.
How long have you been working with SPG?
What do you enjoy most about your current position?
In my current role as a multi-store owner, I most enjoy the interaction I have with my team of pharmacists and retail managers. We catch up regularly to educate and help managers to improve how they play the game of business. It’s rewarding to see the teams in action and even better, when they succeed with their business goals.
What are the benefits in working for SPG?
Friendships, being part of a high performance team, competitiveness – masterminding for results, partnership opportunities, financial rewards, work/life balance, responsibility, making a difference.
